Growing up on a ranch, the son of an immigrant ranch hand in the Rockies of Colorado, my parents showed me the values of family, hard work, passion and fun. I still recall as a little boy my dad brining a band to serenade my mother and our family at my grandparents house in Mexico. This is why I believe that going all in in whatever you do is crucial to success. Whether it's sports, education, courting a beautiful woman, business and most of all…having fun. If I had to pick one word to describe me it would be, INTENSE. This is because I go all in to facilitate a good life for those around me.
